WHO WE ARE

Casa Nenzi is chef Giulia Baglivo, based in a small village in Salento, Tricase, a unique place surrounded by incredible biodiversity. From an early age, she realised the importance of her relationship with food and its inseparable bond with nature. This understanding has led her to continue developing, simplifying, and elevating every aspect of food intertwined with nature.
 

All her produce is carefully selected from local farms that are passionate about organic farming or are produced by following the techniques of syntropic agriculture.

Her direct relationship with these farmers and producers is not only commercial but translates into an authentic connection allowing them to share stories of tradition and passion through their cooking. 

The home restaurant in the countryside of Tricase is the meeting point of these carefully curated ingredients where simplicity and authenticity are embodied in every dish.

Our Services

Cooking sessions

either at your home or at our farm.

Courses can be customised according to the customer’s needs: traditional dishes, identification of edible herbs and flowers, homemade pasta, and yeast doughs. The total duration is 3 hours and then we can taste what we have created together at the table.

Lunch and dinners at your home

A tailor-made service perfect for a special event or simply to enjoy the authentic delights of Salento cuisine in good company.

Private dinners in masseria

An ancient stone house immersed in the green Tricase countryside. A sincere cuisine, marked by the alternation of the seasons and the everyday gestures towards the land.

Aperitifs and parties

Offer an intimate and cosy atmosphere and it is a tailor-made service to be established with the customer.
